Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Astrodam (“the app”), a single-player puzzle game published by KaumAdam (“we,” “us,” or “the developer”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, and in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

2. Ownership and intellectual property

The app and all of its content — including artwork, music, animations, characters, text, and code — are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any part of the app;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; or
• decompile or extract the source code, assets, or audio of the app except as permitted by law.

4. Physical-activity and safety notice

Astrodam is played by physically moving your device — tilting, twisting, lifting it upward, and, for one puzzle, carrying it up several meters (for example, up a flight of stairs). Your safety is your responsibility. Always be aware of your surroundings. Do not play while walking in traffic, near hazards, on stairs or ledges where a fall is possible, or in any situation where distraction could cause injury to yourself or others. Take breaks and stop if you feel discomfort. The app is for entertainment only and is not exercise, medical, or safety guidance.

5. Permissions and sensors

The app uses device sensors (motion, barometric altimeter, microphone, screen brightness, and charging state) purely to play the game. These are processed live on your device and are not recorded or transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can manage permissions at any time in Settings ▸ Astrodam.

6. No fees, ads, or purchases

The app contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. Any amount paid to acquire the app is handled by Apple under the App Store terms; refund requests are managed by Apple.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or future operating-system version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the app, including any personal injury or property damage resulting from physical movement during play. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Children

The app is rated 4+ and collects no data. It is suitable for all ages, but younger players should have appropriate supervision given the physical-movement gameplay described above.

10. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and the developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
